1-2-1 and group coaching, for both corporates and private clients

Our mission is to make coaching accessible to everyone, not just the privileged few. We aim to help individuals, especially Gen Z and young managers, explore what matters to them. Coaching is about discovering who you are, what motivates you, and the problems you solve. It's a privilege to guide people toward what they truly want, helping them regain control in a world where social media often tells us what to think and feel.

  • Since early 2023, we've been a trusted partner of this brand activation agency, coaching over 50 team members 1-2-1. We help employees boost confidence, find new work approaches, and develop strategies for personal wellbeing. We've also facilitated group listening sessions to better understand employee needs and help leadership tackle challenges.

  • We work with Tyler Grange landscape architects in various ways, including 1-2-1 coaching, inspirational talks at quarterly reviews, and a recent project for their 100+ external consultants. The goal was to extend their great office culture to remote freelancers. Alongside their Partner Co-ordinator Trix, we created a year-long program featuring panel discussions, reflective sessions, monthly newsletters, and in-person events to help isolated workers connect.

ADVOCACY

Bespoke Allyship programs and interactive sessions promoting inclusion

Polarisation is everywhere today, fueled by the news, social media, and external pressures. This often leads to division and siloed thinking. Being a good ally means challenging this by supporting those with different life experiences, elevating those with less privilege, and speaking out when minority groups are treated unfairly. Ultimately, it's about creating space at the table and sometimes stepping aside. This is meaningful work that we’re really passionate about.

  • One of our favorite partnerships was with Stef from F*ck Being Humble, who created "Men, Ask For More" to encourage men to drive gender equity and actively participate in the conversation. We loved collaborating on this project, creating templates for men to take ownership of the conversation with their bosses, along with prompts to navigate difficult situations at work. With hundreds of brochure downloads and a national campaign by Stylist magazine, this became one of our most successful projects.

  • We’re proud to support COLT, a technology business setting the standard for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Over the course of a year, we worked with them on their Male Allyship program, delivering learning sessions on topics like the role of empathy in business and how men can be better allies. We also contributed to a powerful men’s mental health discussion, offering actionable strategies for real-world impact.

  • We’re passionate about supporting fellow coaches, so we were excited when Sarah and Rebecca from The Coaching Catalysts invited us to host a session for their community. We created an interactive workshop to explore the differences between in-house and private practice coaching, helping coaches discover new ways to grow their business and create additional revenue streams.

  • It was a pleasure to be a key speaker at Emperor’s flagship event, Be Your Best Fest. The Helpful Space kicked off two days of learning with our "Confidence Catalyst" session, offering tools and insights to help attendees build self-belief and resilience in their work.
